Agathis endertii is a species of conifer in the Araucariaceae family. It is found in Indonesia and Malaysia. It is threatened by habitat loss.
Although widespread, Agathis endertii is found in isolated populations within moist lowland forests around sandstone kerangas. Some of its threats include logging, for its timber is heavily exploited and often used in place of other Agathis and Araucaria.
